  1. Event Tickets and Admission

2.1. Ticket Purchase: All ticket purchases for TEDxLakeShoreDrive events are final unless otherwise stated in the specific event details. 2.2. Refunds and Transfers: Refund and transfer policies are unique to each event (Virtual, Hybrid, In-Person). Any exceptions will be clearly communicated on the individual event registration page. TEDxLakeShoreDrive reserves the right to cancel an event; in such cases, full refunds will be issued. 2.3. Event Conduct: Attendees, whether in-person or virtual, are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct. TEDxLakeShoreDrive reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behavior is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful, without refund.

3.1. Content Ownership: All content published on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and digital downloads, is the property of TEDxLakeShoreDrive or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. 3.2. TED Marks: The TED and TEDx trademarks, as well as the ‘Ideas Change Everything’ tagline, are owned by TED (Technology, Entertainment, Design) and are used under license. You may not use these marks or any copyrighted material from the Site without explicit written permission from TEDxLakeShoreDrive and/or TED. 3.3. Speaker Content: The intellectual property rights to all speaker presentations (the “Talks”) belong to the respective speakers and TED. Any recording, reproduction, or distribution of the Talks outside of the official TED/TEDx channels is strictly prohibited.
